
Last week we had the pleasure of working on WE TV's highly acclaimed, original series, "Secret Lives of Woman - Polygamy Cult's". We'd previously worked with WE on twelve episodes for "John Edward - Cross Country" (Jeco Productions). We were happy to work again with Kelly Hefner (Executive Producer for WE TV), as well as Nick and Paul Verbitsky from Blue Chip Films. With the FLDS all over the papers, WE and Blue Chip wanted to get this particular episode out in a timely fashion. SU&T delivered by recording and editing the narration for the show. "Polygamy Cult's" aired that week, gaining some of the highest ratings for WE TV's original programming.

Wolfe/Doyle Advertising recently came to SU&T for the 2008 MSG Plus campaign. Daniel Wolfe, owner and creative at Wolfe/Doyle, developed and produced the on-air campaign "Open Mic" for the MSG Network. Lee Scharfstein (W&D producer) called on SU&T to be the staging point for everything from casting and recording to editing and mixing of the one radio & six TV spots for the campaign. "Kate's great!" - We just saw Kate Rados, formerly of Nickelodeon, now Manager of Digital Marketing for Sterling Publishing, with whom we recently finished the new Barnes & Noble "Coffee With..." book series. The series featured exclusive conversations with Ernest Hemingway and Marilyn Monroe, resurrecting these iconic figures for one more candid interview. Who knew channeling the dead would be added to our repertoire? Kate was back again for an intoxicating new project - "One Minute Wine Tips" - with wine connoisseur and best selling author, Kevin Zraly. SU&T recorded and mixed ten segments for Sterling which will air on WNCN Radio, 104.3 FM.

It's been an exciting year for us so far. We just recently had Michael Migliozzi back in, who we worked with previously on a couple of radio spots for Hasting Entertainment. Michael recently partnered with Enzo Cesario to form the new ad agency, Cesario Migliozi. We were thrilled to be a part of their latest campaign-- WATCHTHEPOPE.COM for The Prayer Channel. Surprisingly, it was pretty hilarious (one of the print ads included instructions on how to make your own mitre hat). The VO and sound design for the one radio and two TV spots were done here at SUAT while Stardust supplied graphics for the television work.

The new Super Deluxe series -- "This Is Now"-- is a string of satirical news vignettes, providing cultural and political commentary that is sure to tickle anyone's inner absurdist. Ari Fishman, creative at Super Deluxe and former "Daily Show" producer, came to SU&T to record the narration for seven of the most recent "This Is Now" episodes. It's been a pleasure working with Super Deluxe and we can't wait to see what Ari comes up with next.
